Michael Fettiplace, MD PhD is an assistant professor at the University of Illinois of Chicago. He completed medical school and his doctorate at the UIC and anesthesiology training at MGH. His work focuses on safe use of local anesthetics including dosing strategies to reduce risk of toxicity and treatment of local anesthetic systemic toxicity (LAST).
