Dr Peter Hebbard FANZCA, is an Anesthesiologist at Northeast Health Wangaratta and Clinical Associate Professor, University of Melbourne, Australia. He has been practising with ultrasound in regional anesthesia for over 20 years. He descibed a number of new ultrasound guided blocks including the suprainguinal fascia iliaca block, TAP block and subcostal TAP block, transversalis fascia plane block and retroclavicular (RAPTOR) block. His interests have broadened over the last 10 years to include performing over 2000 ultrasound guided carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases.
