Akua Gyambibi MD FRCPC is an anesthesiologist, assistant clinical professor, and fellowship-trained regional anesthesia subspecialist who practices in Edmonton, AB, Canada, and is the current Director of Acute Pain Services at the University of Alberta Hospital. She greatly enjoys clinical teaching and is the U of A residency program's regional anesthesia rotation coordinator, and has been an instructor at multiple ultrasound and cadaver workshops as an associate faculty member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia (ASRA).
