Dr. Kwofie is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia at Dalhousie University. A former chair of the Canadian Anesthesiologist’s Society Regional Anesthesia section and current Associate Editor for ASRA Pain Medicine News. He has published extensively and delivered over 100 global lectures and workshops on many topics including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, nerve injury mechanisms, acute pain management, POCUS, and regional anesthesia education.
